The Docks Liverpool - Tattoo and Arts Expo is a tattoo convention, owned, planned, organised and ran by artists for artists in mind, by artists for artists!
What does it mean to be, for artists? The music, the hall lighting, the booth space, the clients and potential clients, the standard of artists working next to you! All planned with the artists needs and wants in mind.
The clients getting tattooed, are comfortable, entertained and happy.
The public walking round, enjoying themselves thoroughly all day with constant things to do and see, for all the family.
All these needs are what it means to us to be 'for artists'

I’m a tattoo artist and would like to work at the expo. How do I apply?The event is invitational. However, if you’d like to be considered, please fill out the artists applications form to send us your details – we’ll be in touch asap!

Can I get tattooed at the event?You can book an advance appointment with an artist by contacting them directly. Just click on their bio, click their link and contact them by their preferred method. Some artists will have space for ‘walk-ups’ so get your ticket, have a look around and book on the spot.

Where do visitors park for the event?There are 1450 parking spaces available in the on-site Kings Dock Car Park, with accessible bays and electric charging points on every floor. https://www.exhibitioncentreliverpool.com/visiting-us/getting-here/event-parking/event-parking/. There are also numerous car parks across the city.

Is food and drink available?Yes – this is provided on site and can be paid for by card.

What are the dates of The Docks Liverpool Tattoo and Arts Expo?The Expo is open to the public on Saturday 17th May 2025 and Sunday 18th May 2025.

Do you take cards?The venue itself is cashless with no ATM. Some artists and traders will take cards. Others will take cash. Some may take both. That is at their discretion so come prepared with cash and card.

Can I bring my children?Yes, we want are event to be a fun family day out. We will have temporary tattoos and a children's art booth for your little ones. All children (under 18's) are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
